HRD Corp Claimable Courses Scheme - Training Provider
For HRDF / HRD Corp Training Provider
According to the Training Providers Circular No. 3/2021, if training providers want to offer their training programs to employers registered under the Human Resource Development Corporation (HRD Corp), they need to register their training program under the HRD Corp Claimable Course Scheme.
To register your training program, follow these steps:
- Log in to e-TRiS.
- Select “Application Open”, then choose “Profile Management”, “Training Programme”, and “Register for Training Programme”.
- Fill in the required information. There is no registration fee. A guideline on course registration is available here. You will need to provide the following documents:
- Profiles of at least two trainers with TTT Certificate
- Trainers’ profiles

- To assist employer to retrain and upgrade their employees in line with their operational and business requirements.
Training
Type of Training
- In-House (On premise, hotel OR external training place)
- – Minimum is 2 paxs
- – Maximum is 35 paxs to 40 paxs
- Public (Local / Overseas)
- – Minimum is 1 pax
- – Maximum is 9 paxs

Minimum Training Duration
- 7 Hours
- Minimum Training Duration is required to eligible for grant and the hours can be accumulated
- A 7-hour training must be conducted over a minimum of 2 days (for Remote Online Learning)
