How to register as HRDF Training Provider
Steps to register as Training Provider
Please go to our Home Page www.hrdf.com.my
STEP 1 : Please fill in the online form together with the supporting document
STEP 2 : After fill in the online form, please click on ‘Submit‘ button.
STEP 3 : Click here to start register as Training Provider.
Please attach the following documents:
Please attach a copy of registration of company/business/association from SSM (Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia). e.g : (Form 9, 24, 49) / (Form 8, 49) / (Form E, Business, Ownership)
Certificate of Government Agency, if you are registering as Government Training Provider
Supporting attachment for Appendix A and Appendix B
A copy of Memorandum and Article of Association of the company that reflected one of the clauses of the company is “training and consultancy services”.
A copy of tenancy agreement / ownership of property (under company’s name or owner) together with stamping etc. for verification of company premise.
Attach company signage and the office space photo(s)
Training Provider also have to complete the Integrity Pledge Form as provided in the application.
What are the requirements to register as Training Provider with HRDF?
The requirements for registration of training providers are as follows:
The entity must be registered or incorporated under the Companies Commission of Malaysia either one of the following status;
(a) Berhad (Bhd.) / Sendirian Berhad (Sdn. Bhd.)/Limited Liability Partnership
(b) Association / Industry-based training centre
(c) Government / Semi Government Institution;
Having at least one local permanent trainer; and
Application must be submitted online. All application must be supported with documents as stated in the online submission.
The processing fee (RM3000) will only be paid/available after you received notification from The Processing Officer (Validity for 3 years)
