The HRD Awards have established itself as the gold standard for recognizing and honouring the brightest brains and the strongest organizations in the human resources sector for more than two decades. Now is the time to take action and become a part of Malaysia’s human resources greatness.
People who work with people in Malaysia call it the largest and most significant HR award: The Human Resource Development Awards (HRD Awards). They honor the best in human resource development.
This year, we want to hear from businesses and organizations that think they have done a good job with people and training and development in 2020 and 2021.
- Employers from small and medium-sized businesses;
- and Employers from large businesses* are the two types of people who work there.
Each award category will be carefully judged by industry leaders and HR leaders from well-known and well-known businesses across the country. If there are a lot of good nominees, only the best ones are going to make the final cut.
Before or on July 25, 2022, 5.30 p.m., you must use the Nomination Form to send in your entry. Thank you for including all of the relevant information and documents. All submissions and information about them will be kept private and only used by the awards committee to evaluate and judge them.

HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT AWARDS (HRD AWARDS) 2022 SUBMISSION PROCESS
Invitations to submit will be sent to all registered employers by email.
Online briefing session for all businesses that are eligible and want to participate in the project.
MCI forms and proposals must be submitted by registered employers in three (3) months.
Internal review by the panel and the creation of a shortlist of submissions.
Judging of the shortlisted submissions and a visit to the business premises by an outside panel. The people on the outside evaluation panel will be HR leaders and business leaders.
Selection and confirmation of finalists by an outside panel. All of the finalists will get an email and be invited to the HRD Awards Ceremony, where they will be told they have been chosen.
During the HRD Awards Ceremony, winners will be named.
